A thirty-second note (also called a demisemiquaver) is a note with a value of Template:Frac of the duration of a whole note which is how it gets the name. It has 3 flags or beams. A single thirty-second note is always stemmed with flags, while two or more are usually beamed in groups. In the $\frac{4}{4}$ time signature it has a value of Template:Frac of a beat.
