Normal subgroup

Template:GroupsIn group theory, a branch of mathematics, a subgroup $N$ of the group $G$ is normal in $G$ if and only if $\frac{1}{gng}\in N$ for all $g\in G$ and $n\in N$.

The usual notation for this relation is $N◃G.$
