NAKIVO

Discussion
- I updated the list of sources.
- There are reliable sources like: forbes.com, theregister.com, venturebeat.com, bloomberg.com, cnet.com. Alextray (talk) 12:33, 11 August 2022 (UTC)
- Template:Vd - None of the sources are significant enough to indicate the subject's notability. I see press releases and business descriptions that only serve to describe what the company is about, not establish why it is notable. Delete. — *Fehufangą ♮ ✉ Talk page 12:48, 11 August 2022 (UTC)
- The Company makes regular contributions to its industry. Here are some examples why the company is notable:
- - according to Forbes list https://www.forbes.com/companies/nakivo/?sh=72f0d61766c2 the company is in the list of "America's Best Startup Employers 2021"
- - according to TechTarget https://www.techtarget.com/press-release/techtargets-searchtechtargets-servervirtualization-com-announces-best-vmworld-2018-award-winners/ the company is in the list of “Best of VMworld” 2018 Award Winners (Category: Data Protection) and https://www.techtarget.com/searchvmware/photostory/252489579/Winners-of-the-Best-of-VMworld-2020-Awards/4/Resilience-and-Recovery-2020-winner in the list of "Winners of the Best of VMworld 2020 Awards";
- - according to GetApp https://www.getapp.com/security-software/server-backup/category-leaders/ company is Category leader in Server Backup;
- - according to CRN https://www.crn.com/slide-shows/security/the-20-coolest-data-protection-companies-the-2022-storage-100/2 the company is in the list of "The 20 coolest data protection companies";
- - Software Advice named the company a FrontRunner in the Business Continuity category https://www.softwareadvice.com/business-continuity/#frontrunners ;
- - The company became an Emerging Favorite in 2022 based on Capterra reviews https://www.capterra.com/server-backup-software/ Alextray (talk) 13:48, 11 August 2022 (UTC)
- Appearing in lists of top companies doesn't make it automatically notable, especially if it's only a passing mention.
- Forbes list - No mention on why the company is notable or significant, minimal coverage
- TechTarget - Both are mere passing mentions, not enough to demonstrate any notability
- GetApp - Very minimal description of the company, not significant enough
- CRN - What does "coolest" mean? How does it establish notability? It's a top 20 list with no clear criteria for inclusion besides what appears to be the author's preference. Not enough
- Software Advice - Mere passing mention as a list item
- Capterra - Unable to access at the moment.
- Most of these are not in-depth enough to establish any notability. While winning awards can be claims of notability, they are not necessarily enough to pass our notability criteria. — *Fehufangą ♮ ✉ Talk page 14:22, 11 August 2022 (UTC)
